Definitions:
The Defendant shall mean Bruce Pennypacker residing at 171 Swanton St, Winchester, MA 01890.
The Plaintiff shall mean Andrew Brunner residing at 519 Mountain View Road, Nazareth, PA 18064.
Plaintiff claims that the Defendant named in the attached small claim complaint:
1.) On or near June 21,2000 Defendant libeled Plaintiff on a public message board.
Defendant maliciously succeeded in defaming Plaintiff's software products.
Plaintiff is seeking $19.00 court costs, $2000.00 actual recovery caused by Defendant's illegal actions.
